Things to know about your stay

Arrival
Your room will be available from 14:00.

Departure
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am.

You are welcome to borrow bathrobes
for your stay, for which we charge a cleaning fee of 5.00 euros
.

Train station
The nearest train stations are Sehnde (5.5 km), Lehrte (7 km) and Hannover-Anderten (5.5 km). Hanover main station is 15 km away

Ironing
There is an ironing station on the 1st and 3rd floor where you can iron your own clothes free of charge. Alternatively, we offer a normal ironing service for a fee. Simply hand in your clothes at reception and we will iron them for you (only possible in the mornings).

Bar
Our bar is open from Monday to Saturday until 11.00 pm. On Sunday until 21.00 hrs.

Barefoot path
Our barefoot path is located in the park: stimulate your senses by walking barefoot
over pebbles, grit, glass and bark mulch in summer.

Bonus booklet
The bonus booklet for our regular guests is available at reception. You will receive a bonus stamp for every stay
. After 6 points collected you will receive a free drink and
after 12 points collected the next overnight stay in a single or double room
is free on all days of the week including breakfast. Only redeemable outside trade fair periods and
special promotions.

Geocaching
The GPS scavenger hunt is a kind of electronic treasure hunt. We have a short route with
3 stations (approx. 30 min.) and a long route with 5 stations (approx. 90 min.), which you are welcome to try out free of charge - at the end there is of course a surprise waiting for you. Discover our beautiful Bilm on your own. Information is available at reception.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome in our house. Advance booking is mandatory
. Please keep your dog on a leash in the house and do not leave it alone in the
room. We charge a cleaning fee of 10,00 Euro per day.

Crib
We are happy to place a crib in your room. Please book this before your
stay. Baby travel cot 15,00 Euro once, for short-term installation on arrival
we charge 25,00 Euro. Children from 4-11 years 29,00 Euro per night, from 12 years 39,00 per
night always including breakfast.

Credit cards
You can pay with the following credit cards:
Mastercard and Visa. Our favorite is of course the EC card!

Massages
On request, we can arrange for a masseur/masseuse to come to the hotel to give you a massage in our massage room in the wellness area.
We always recommend booking in advance, preferably at
when making your room reservation and at least 14 days before arrival. 

Minibar
Your room is equipped with a minibar. This is included in the price. There you will find water, apple juice, beer and something sweet. It is not possible to exchange drinks. For other drinks, simply use our room service. If you would like to take bottles with you on your trip, please pay the bottle deposit at reception beforehand.

Public transport
Bilm is very easy to reach by public transport. The various bus stops are each approx. 150m from the hotel. The 800 bus takes you from the hotel directly to Kröpcke in Hanover's city center without changing buses. You can view the timetable at www.efa.de.

Parking
We charge 5.00 euros per night. There are enough spaces available, a reservation is not necessary.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel. If you smoke in the
room, it must be thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning fee is 200,00
Euro. Simply use our beautiful terraces or ask for one of the few rooms with terrace access or balcony.

Restaurant
Our restaurant is open for you every evening. Kitchen time 18.00 to 21.00 (Sundays 18.00-20.00).
Please reserve a table, especially at weekends there are sometimes only a few
tables available. Indulgence board, surprise menu or a la carte - please ask
about our offers.

Reception
open from 6.30 am to 10.00 pm, on selected days
only until 9.00 pm. Arrival is possible at any time. If you wish to arrive at night, please let us know in advance. Our night porter will be happy to let you into the house.

Cleaning
If you would like to have your clothes cleaned, please hand them in at
reception. We will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Safe
You can have your valuables deposited in the hotel safe free of charge by your hosts. Our rooms themselves do not have a safe.

Spielkeller
Dort befindet sich ein Billardtisch und ein Kicker, sowie eine Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen.

Meeting rooms
We have meeting and conference rooms for 10 to 80 people.
At the reception you will receive a conference flyer with conference packages, room sketches, our TAGOA ÜÜÜÜÜ's and much more.

Wellnessbereich
Dieser ist von 7.00 bis 22.00 Uhr (Sonntags bis 21.00 Uhr) geöffnet und verfügt über ein Schwimmbad (8x4 Meter,
Wassertemperatur 28 Grad), eine finnische Sauna, Salzsauna, ein Dampfbad, eine Infrarotkabine sowie Erlebnisduschen und einen Ruheraum. Ab Frühjahr bis Herbst (je nach Wetterlage) können Sie auch nach draußen auf unsere Liegewiese ausweichen. Die Sauna wird auf Wunsch angeheizt, bitte geben Sie eine halbe Stunde vorher an der Rezeption Bescheid. 
Der Wellnessbereich ist nur für Übernachtungsgäste nutzbar.

There is a pool table and a foosball table, as well as a selection of board games.

Conference Rooms

Wellness Area
This is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Sundays until 9:00 PM) and has a swimming pool (8x4 meters, water temperature 28 degrees), a Finnish sauna, salt sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin as well as experience showers and a relaxation room. The sauna is heated on request, please inform the reception half an hour in advance. The wellness area is only available for overnight guests. 

Christmas House
Every year, we host our Christmas House adventure gastronomy throughout the Advent season for company parties, clubs, conferences, family gatherings, or just for two. Angels, shepherds, and Santa Claus enchant you daily from 6:30 PM with an adventure program and a large feast buffet. Christmas stories, tombola with daily raffle, large dessert parade and a surprise program make the evening an unforgettable experience for you.
