1. General information

The contract is concluded both by verbal and written agreement. The customer is our contractual partner, unless the organizer expressly becomes the contractual partner.

2. Options

The Parkhotel Bilm reserves the right to assign the date after expiry of the option period without further inquiry. In the case of other requests during the option period, the optioner has the option to secure the date by making a firm booking or to release the option.

3. Rooms

Reserved rooms are only available to the service recipient at the agreed time. Use of the rooms beyond the agreed time requires prior consultation with the event manager. The hotel is entitled to offer an equivalent replacement in exceptional cases.

4. Payments

a) Hotel invoices must be paid in euros within 10 days of the invoice date without deduction. Thereafter, we shall charge interest at the usual bank rate (current account interest), which can be confirmed to us by our bank if required.

b) Vouchers ordered in our online store are to be paid for immediately and without deductions; the customer is shown various payment options to choose from.

5. Prices

a) All prices include the statutory VAT applicable at the time of conclusion of the contract and will be adjusted in the event of an increase in VAT. If the period between conclusion of the contract and provision of the service exceeds 4 months, the Parkhotel Bilm reserves the right to change prices.

b) As a rule, there are no shipping costs; if a customer expressly requests shipment by post, a flat-rate shipping fee may be charged. The customer will be informed of this in advance in writing or by telephone.

6. Shipping and delivery conditions

a) Orders for vouchers shall be shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer in accordance with the shipping terms applicable at the time of the order.

b) The order (voucher(s)) will be dispatched after confirmation of payment by the payment provider.

c) If the delivery fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, Parkhotel Bilm shall invoice the customer for any additional shipping costs incurred for a new shipment, provided that the customer wishes to have the goods shipped again.

7.  Food and drinks

Food and drinks are to be purchased from the Parkhotel Bilm. In special cases, a service charge or corkage fee or other written agreements may be made.

8. Resignation

We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if the provision of the service becomes impossible or unreasonable for us due to force majeure, fire, illness, labor disputes, personnel and energy shortages or similar reasons.

9. Number of persons

The Parkhotel Bilm must be informed of the exact number of persons attending the event no later than 7 days before the start of the event. A refund of costs in the event of a later cancellation is not possible. Should additional persons attend, the agreed prices must also be paid for them.

10. Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible free of charge if the reserved services can be sold elsewhere on the agreed day. If this is not possible, we will invoice the customer for the lost food and beverage sales. We will charge 60% of the agreed services up to 60 days before arrival and 80% of the agreed services thereafter. If no food and beverage selection has yet been made, the lost food and beverage sales shall be calculated as follows

€ 55 per person/day for conferences and with

€ 100 per person/day for banquet events.

11. Damage

The customer shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by its event participants. The installation of decorations and the use of areas in the hotel outside the rented rooms require the consent of the hotel and may be made dependent on the payment of an additional fee. Any garbage left behind by the customer will be cleaned up and disposed of at the customer's expense. The hotel can only be held liable for damages if the hotel has acted with gross negligence. Only damages directly related to the hotel's performance shall be compensated. Consequential damages are excluded unless the hotel is obliged to do so by law.

12. End of event

The duration of the playing of music is limited to 4.00 pm. The times agreed in writing apply to the use of the room.

13. In all cases, the organizer reserves the right to make a lower or the hotel,

to prove higher damages.

14. Should one or more conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect their overall validity. In place of the ineffective conditions, a condition shall be deemed to have been agreed which comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the ineffective condition.

15. 15. Right of withdrawal for our voucher store

You have the right to cancel the contract for the voucher purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract or from receipt of payment.
