The Parkhotel features a total of three light-filled conference rooms and two light-filled group workrooms that can accommodate up to 80 people. The facilities include the elegant “Victoria Luise,” which seats up to 80 participants in theater-style seating; the “Kaminzimmer” for 30 guests; the modern “Bauermeister” meeting room for 25 people; the “Clubzimmer,” with an area of 40 m², for up to 18 people; and our “Cumberland,” with an area of 68 m², for up to 20 people.

The conference packages at the Parkhotel Bilm include all-inclusive catering. This includes unlimited cold beverages in the conference room (water, juices, soda), access to the “IMMERDA” coffee bar with hot beverages, specialty coffees, and snacks in the morning and afternoon, as well as a set lunch menu or a lunch buffet in the hotel restaurant. Finger foods are also available upon request. The fresh cuisine is characterized by many homemade and regionally inspired dishes.

How can conference guests get to the hotel?

The hotel is located on the southeastern outskirts of Hanover in the Bilm (Sehnde) district. It is conveniently located and just five minutes from the A2 and A7 highways. It is also accessible by public transportation: A bus runs every 15 minutes from Kröpcke (Hanover city center) to a stop almost directly in front of the hotel. Affordable parking spaces and several electric vehicle charging stations are available on site.

Picturesque location in a small village just outside the city. Rooms were clean and well equipped, breakfast delicious and prices also good. Recommended for anyone coming to Hanover for a few days but not in the mood for the noise and hustle and bustle of a big city.
