Our extensive breakfast buffet is available on weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. To ensure that late risers and weekend guests can also start their day at a leisurely pace, we serve breakfast on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

We value variety, freshness, and local ingredients. You can expect a wide selection of different types of rolls and breads, cold cuts and cheese specialties, fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola. Hot dishes like scrambled eggs with bacon round out the menu. We also serve specialty coffees, an excellent selection of teas, and a variety of juices. Our homemade jams are a favorite among our guests.

? We'd love to have you! Guests from the Sehnde and Hanover areas are also welcome to start their day with us. However, since we value a relaxed atmosphere, we ask that guests from outside the area make a reservation in advance.

Yes, we want every guest to be able to enjoy their breakfast. We always have lactose-free options available, and we often have gluten-free baked goods as well. If you have any specific dietary restrictions or follow a vegan diet, please let us know when you book or check in so we can make the necessary arrangements.

We value quality from the region. We source many of our food products from local suppliers to ensure freshness and support regional agriculture in the Hanover area.

Yes, when the weather is nice, you can also enjoy your breakfast on our idyllic garden terrace. With a view of the greenery and the hotel’s own park, your coffee will taste twice as good.

Breakfast is generally included in our standard room rates. If you have booked a rate that does not include breakfast or are visiting us as a non-resident guest, we charge a fair, fixed price per person.
